SUMMARY:Online Lunar Manifestation Journaling
DESCRIPTION:Join Delphine for a reflective start to the moon cycle. We will journal first to focus on an intention for this new moon and will do a deep restorative practice to anchor it. \nWe will start by dropping in and taking time to reflect on your month in a writing activity\, shake off the last moon cycle with gratitude\, getting ready to embody a new identity of you with the new moon cycle. \nNext we will “Call in the Good” with Lunar Manifestation mind mapping\, this can be a collage activity\, drawing\, paint\, words. Choose your preferred media.  \nFinally there will be an opportunity for sharing and we will close the session together. \nIf you’d like to join us please select your ticket option below. \nWhat you need for this workshop: \nPlease bring a pen and a journal you love\, magazines\, inspiring images or cut out-words\, stickers\, glue and scissors\, post its\, and quiet place with a yoga mat (or a comfortable sofa you can lie on for a while- could be your bed too)\, a blanket\, cushions\, an eye mask… to create a comfy nest. \nWhen you sign up we will send over the zoom link the day before the event.  \nDelphine is kindly giving her time for free to raise funds for the Sun and Moon CIC – please support if you can!

DESCRIPTION:The Annual Gathering of the Sun & Moon Tribe\nOnce a year\, we come together. \nSun & Moon Festival is the annual celebration of the Sun & Moon Tribe: a week of connection\, creativity\, movement\, music\, learning\, laughter and shared experience. \nThroughout the year\, the Tribe lives in many different places. We meet through local groups\, friendships\, online gatherings\, workshops and events. But once a year\, we create something bigger. We gather in one beautiful place\, step away from everyday life and spend a week living\, learning and celebrating together. \nSun & Moon is more than a festival. It is a temporary village. \nFor one extraordinary week\, people of different ages\, backgrounds and walks of life share the same space. We eat together. Dance together. Talk around fires. Try things we have never tried before. Join workshops. Make music. Play. Rest. Explore. Laugh. Stay up late. Get up for morning yoga… or decide that breakfast is quite enough spiritual practice for one morning. \nThere is no single way to experience Sun & Moon. \nYour week might include yoga\, meditation\, dance\, live music\, creative workshops\, inspiring talks\, wellbeing sessions\, games\, adventures and long conversations with people you only met yesterday.
