The Annual Gathering of the Sun & Moon Tribe

Once a year, we come together.

Sun & Moon Festival is the annual celebration of the Sun & Moon Tribe: a week of connection, creativity, movement, music, learning, laughter and shared experience.

Throughout the year, the Tribe lives in many different places. We meet through local groups, friendships, online gatherings, workshops and events. But once a year, we create something bigger. We gather in one beautiful place, step away from everyday life and spend a week living, learning and celebrating together.

Sun & Moon is more than a festival. It is a temporary village.

For one extraordinary week, people of different ages, backgrounds and walks of life share the same space. We eat together. Dance together. Talk around fires. Try things we have never tried before. Join workshops. Make music. Play. Rest. Explore. Laugh. Stay up late. Get up for morning yoga… or decide that breakfast is quite enough spiritual practice for one morning.

There is no single way to experience Sun & Moon.

Your week might include yoga, meditation, dance, live music, creative workshops, inspiring talks, wellbeing sessions, games, adventures and long conversations with people you only met yesterday. Children and teenagers have their own activities and adventures, while adults have the freedom to explore a huge programme or simply slow down and enjoy being part of the community.

And that community is at the heart of everything.

Sun & Moon was created around a simple idea: life is richer when we feel connected.

Connected to ourselves.

Connected to nature, creativity and something larger than our everyday routines.

You don’t need to arrive knowing anyone. You don’t need to belong to a particular spiritual tradition, believe certain things or become a different version of yourself. Bring your curiosity, your openness and your willingness to join in.

Some people come for the workshops. Some come for the music and dancing. Some come because their children love it. Some come to recharge. And many return because of the friendships and sense of belonging they discover here.

Over time, those connections grow beyond the festival itself.

That is the Sun & Moon Tribe: a community that continues throughout the year through local gatherings, activities, workshops, friendships and shared experiences.

And every summer, all those paths lead back to one place.

We pitch our tents. Open the doors. Turn up the music. Welcome old friends and new faces.

For one week, the Tribe becomes a village again.
